Rebecca Myszka, DVM

DVM/Owner

Becky Myszka, DVM, completed her undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Agricultural and Life Sciences in 2004 and obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. Dr. Myszka is especially interested in small animal and equine general surgery, medicine, and dentistry.

Dr. Myszka is a member of the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Association of Equine Practitioners.

Dr. Myszka lives with her husband Bob and two children, Madilynn and Clayton. They share their home with two dogs and two horses. In her free time, she enjoys showing horses, reading books, playing volleyball with Madie, and shooting hoops with Clay.

Laura Storm

Office Manager

Laura came to Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service in September 2021. Laura brings her experience from the human medical field and her lifelong animal ownership to help keep the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.

She shares her home with her cats, dogs, and horses. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time riding her horses and hiking with her dogs.

April Peter

Certified Veterinary Technician

April joined the Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service staff in March 2019. April graduated in 2017 with an Associate of Applied Science degree and completed her Certified Veterinary Technician in September of 2021.

April lives with her husband Andy and their dogs and cat. In her free time, April enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with her friends, and hanging out at home with her family.

RaeJean Stowe

RaeJean Stowe

Certified Veterinary Technician

RaeJean joined the Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service team as a veterinary assistant in June 2022.

She graduated with her veterinary technician degree from the UW-River Falls/Northwoods Technical College in August 2023 and was promoted to Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) in November 2023.

RaeJean enjoys reading and playing outside with her dog and chickens.

Sarah Radloff

Veterinary Assistant

Sarah started out at Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service as a pre-vet job shadow but was excited to join the Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service team as a veterinary assistant in September 2022.

Sarah is studying to take her veterinary technician exam in Fall 2024.

Brin Eternicka

Veterinary Assistant

Brin started working at Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service in November 2023.

Currently a veterinary assistant, Brin is working towards her Dairy Science degree through the NTC.

Melissa started working at Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service in February 2024 as a veterinary assistant.

Elsie Brzezinski

Veterinary Assistant

Elsie started out at Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service as a job shadow and then joined the Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service team in May 2024.

When she’s home on breaks from studying at UW-Madison, Elsie helps out at the clinic as a Veterinary Assistant.

Sue Laffin

Receptionist

Sue started working for Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service in November 1977.

Sue and her husband, Randy, have one son Jeremy, a daughter-in-law Cherrie, and two grandchildren, Riley and Caitlyn.

Having grown up on a farm, Sue enjoys working with our large animal clients, as well as our small animal clients.

Vicki Rhyner

Receptionist

Vicki has been with Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service since 2007.

She was born in Wausau but lived in Ecuador for 20 years. Vicki enjoys spending her free time working on her small organic berry farm, accompanied by her cats Allen and Colby.

Heather Rajek

Receptionist

Heather has been with Wisconsin Valley Veterinary Service since January 2024.

Heather has a husband, Jerrud, 3 children, 1 grandchild, 2 horses, 6 dogs, 2 bearded dragons, 1 goat, and 1 tortoise.

Heather enjoys spending her free time horseback riding, watching movies, and bowling.
